Leila Donald in grade 7 and Sydney Daniel in grade 4 were both chosen to represent the Overberg Kickboxing team at the Western Cape Kickboxing Championships 2023 in Hermanus this past weekend. They are part of the MMA Dragons club right here in Struisbaai, led by Sensei Brenda de Villiers. Leila brought home a silver medal in Points fighting and a bronze medal in Continuous. Sydney brought home a silver medal in Continuous fighting and a bronze medal in Points. We are very proud of these two local girls!
